You’re invited to participate in the 46th Annual Conference of the Illinois Activity Professionals Association being held at the Parke Regency Hotel & Conference Center in Bloomington, IL. The fall conference is the most important event for our members, as it provides them with continuing education, networking opportunities, professional growth, and a chance to see new information and products offered by our exhibitors.

This year we are expecting approximately 100 – 120 attendees from across the State of Illinois. Most of the attendees are activity professionals that work with residents in long-term care, assisted living, retirement, developmentally disabled, blind and deaf, mentally, and adult day-care settings.

Our objectives for this conference are to provide education and sample techniques needed by activity professionals in order to enhance their experience, skills, ideas and creativity; to support the exchange of ideas and sharing of knowledge experience with other activity professionals. We also want to give the attendees time to relax and enjoy retail therapy.

Exhibit/Vendor spots for one to three days are $25, (which includes a skirted table and 2 chairs in a secured area), and a door prize valued at $25, (which will be given away at our Vendor Social on Wednesday Evening.

All vendors will be set up in the Reception Hall area for visibility. Scheduled breaks will be advertised as a time to visit Vendor exhibits.The following is a list of when the exhibit area will be open:

Thursday, October 2

Vendor Sale area open 10:15 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.

Friday, October 3

Vendor Sale area open 8:00 A.M. – 12:30 P.M.
